Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer for its Quonset, RI team. You will define and execute processes to assure AUV integration quality, aligning with AS9100 and expanding our new production line for Dive-XL.

You’ll collaborate across product development, production, and field operations, owning CTQ/CTF criteria and vendor interactions. You will lead NCR and RCCA activities, develop inspection plans with design, and standardize methods across sites to ensure robust, repeatable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience in quality engineering for complex assembly and production.
• Knowledge of defense sector quality requirements (AS9100).
• Experience driving quality/ performance to test systems.
• Collaborates with manufacturing engineering and customer teams.
• Familiar with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T).
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes.
• Awareness of industry standards and best practices.
• Strong ownership and project delivery mindset.
• Experience with PLM/MES systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product build and inspection requirements.
• Lead NCR process and coordinate system interfaces for integration.
• Own RCCA activities and MRB for prototypes and production.
• Develop incoming inspection plans with design to verify CTQ/CTF.
• Collaborate with multiple sites to standardize processes.
• Drive quality improvements across AUV integration projects.
