Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NPI Engineer for the Dive-XL team in Quonset Point, RI. The role ensures successful launches of new products across global sites, owning knowledge transfer between design and production and mitigating bottlenecks during scale-up.

The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing/NPI, strong Lean/Six Sigma/AS9100 background, and willingness to travel internationally. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical field required.
Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or product integration with at least 3 years in NPI.
Experience leading cross-site product/process transfers.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100 quality systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to influence without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

Lead knowledge transfer across production sites and new product development sites.
Architect and implement a standardized knowledge transfer framework with checklists and templates.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production.
Mentor engineers and technicians at receiving sites to become self-sufficient experts.
Manage ECR/ECO workflows affecting transferred technology and track risks.
