Job summary

SpecialtyCare in Missouri is seeking a motivated individual to join our Autotransfusion Clinical Technician program. You will be trained to operate equipment that purifies patient blood and returns it, supporting cell salvage and related therapies.

No prior certification required; we provide on-the-job training, cover certification, and offer a full benefits package. Must be within 30 minutes of our hospitals, able to participate in call rotation, weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals and be able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to complete on-the-job training including certification and company sponsored education modules.
• Competencies valued: urgency, integrity, care, and improvement; strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Operate autotransfusion equipment to purify and return the patient’s own blood.
• Support cell salvage processes and related therapies under supervision.
• Provide reliable, patient-centered service and adapt to high-stress environments.
