Job summary

Exol is seeking an AutoStore Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse activities supporting the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. You will provide hands-on leadership to warehouse associates, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations and experience with automated systems; AutoStore experience is preferred. Travel and on-site presence at client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems; AutoStore preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates, upholding safety.

This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance.**What we do**Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions.
