Job summary

May Mobility’s Systems Engineer II role focuses on integrating product knowledge with cross-functional engineering to define and verify system requirements for autonomous vehicle technology. You’ll align with stakeholders, participate in design activities, and help establish verification criteria with test and validation teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in automotive engineering or relevant tech fields, with exposure to ADAS/AV systems and a strong systems-thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a system level understanding of our products and technologies to support cross‑functional engineering efforts.
• Create and maintain requirement specifications by analyzing stakeholder, product, and safety requirements to define technical system and subsystem requirements.
• Support system design activities, assessing impact and conformance to requirements.
• Collaborate with test and validation team to define verification criteria for system requirements.
• Review legacy requirements to ensure completeness and correctness.
