As a Software Engineer on the Stack Tooling team, you will ship production-grade C++ code, maintain critical tooling, and help scale simulation and data pipelines across autonomy domains. You will collaborate with autonomy developers, systems engineers, and release teams, work with cloud infrastructure, and contribute to faster analysis and safer, more reliable testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related engineering field is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production‑grade code.
• Strong foundational programming experience in C++.
• Experience maintaining critical path developer tooling infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and/or managing resources in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Support autonomy developers, systems engineers, and triage/release teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Contribute to multiple autonomy domains, enabling changes to scale from trucks to cars and off‑road vehicles.
• Help automate and stabilize simulation, CI, and deployment pipelines to accelerate testing and rollout.
