Qualifications

• 3-8 years in robotics or autonomy (experience matters more than years).
• Strong in C/C++, Rust or Go.
• Experience with track correlation, multi-target tracking or sensor fusion on deployed systems.
• Coordinating multiple robots, vehicles or autonomous assets.
• Estimation, planning, filtering or state reasoning.
• Integrating autonomy software with physical hardware.
• Experience debugging real-world deployed systems.

Responsibilities

• Write software across the autonomy stack and hardware integration.
• Integrate with sensors and third-party systems; test on real hardware.
• Contribute to architecture and data-model decisions as the autonomy stack evolves.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to coordinate autonomous assets.
