Qualifications

• Early-career developer with interest in autonomy, simulation, and software testing.
• Experience with Python-based tooling and test automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with containerized infrastructure and distributed test orchestration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing, log-analysis, and scenario-generation tools for the Hivemind Platform.
• Collaborate with software, autonomy, and systems engineers to evaluate AI Pilot behaviors through repeatable simulation testing and data-driven performance analysis.
• Contribute Python tooling, test automation scripts, analysis utilities, and documentation that help autonomy and systems developers run tests and understand results.
• Help improve the reliability, usability, and scalability of the team’s testing and analysis ecosystem.
