Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and release production-quality C++ software for operator safety systems on heavy equipment
• Develop and integrate software components that support operator awareness and collision mitigation
• Build perception data pipelines for real-time safety applications
• Lead software architecture discussions focused on reliability and latency
• Collaborate with systems, validation, product, and field teams to derive software requirements
• Troubleshoot complex software issues using logs, telemetry, and profiling tools
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across the team
