DoorDash Labs is building autonomous delivery robots and autonomy solutions for the DoorDash platform. As an Autonomy software TPM, you will coordinate with autonomy, software, safety, and operations teams to drive our stack forward and scale last-mile deliveries using autonomy.

You will report to the TPM manager and may work remotely with travel to deployment areas; base compensation includes equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), parental leave, health benefits,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in engineering or program management
• Deep understanding of autonomy and validation strategies across simulation, closed-course and on-road testing
• Extensive experience with the software development life cycle
• Proven track record taking software products from concept to production
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with high ambiguity
• Ability to present status to executive leadership
• BS/MS/PhD in STEM
• Experience with program management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet/MS Project, Google Workspace

Responsabilités

• Lead development for the autonomy software stack across Perception, Planning, Localization, System Safety, Simulation and Remote Assistance
• Drive features from requirements to validated public roads driving
• Coordinate with Autonomy, Software, Product, QA and Ops to plan, track, and resolve issues
• Interface with leaders and engineers daily to advance the autonomy stack
