Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset with ongoing clinical growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Treat a varied outpatient caseload and progress treatment based on patient goals.
• Educate patients and provide practical strategies for use outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with PTAs and the care team to support continuity and outcomes.
