Job summary

Highbar Physical Therapy is actively seeking a PT to join a leading teaching practice built around clinical autonomy and real mentorship. This role emphasizes patient-centered care with a low daily patient load and a strong support structure to prevent burnout.

You’ll engage in ongoing professional development, participate in an orthopedic residency and in-house specialties, and receive significant investment in your early career, including loan assistance and a comprehensive compensation

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a low patient volume (under 12 patients per day).
• Decide plans of care with PT-led clinical decisions and maintain autonomy.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development programs.
• Document care using AI-supported EMR and streamline after-hours charting.
