Job summary

Merlin Labs in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of autonomy programs from development through fielding. You will shape roadmaps, translate operator needs into product priorities, and ensure alignment with Merlin Pilot strategy.

You will collaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance commitments, risks, and resources, delivering high-impact capabilities while maintaining rigorous execution across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or product leadership roles.
• Proven success leading complex programs involving cross‑functional teams and technical integration, with a focus on software development and delivery.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps or capability definitions in a technical domain.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of programs spanning autonomy development, integration, flight test, certification, and operational fielding.
• Own the capability roadmap for your assigned programs and align with Merlin Pilot strategy.
• Partner with Product and engineering leadership on release content, scope trades, and prioritization decisions.
