Job summary

Solidus Resources, LLC is seeking a hands-on Command Builder on-site at the Lovelock, NV mine. You will implement and maintain the CAT MineStar Command for Hauling model, ensuring it mirrors the ground network for autonomous operations.

Responsibilities include building zones, auditing models, and supporting Controllers with troubleshooting. 3+ years in open-pit mining or autonomous environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in open-pit mining or autonomous operations (3+ years).
• Familiarity with CAT MineStar, Modular or similar fleet-management systems.
• Strong spatial and survey literacy with ability to read design and as-built GNSS data.
• Action‑oriented, with strong organizational and priority‑setting skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, functional mine model reflecting current field conditions.
• Build and validate zones, lock areas, waypoints and surfaces.
• Conduct model audits and clean up legacy logic at shift start.
• Ensure mine model is up to date for new mining areas and autonomous ops.
• Maintain integrity of mine model so virtual road network matches physical network.
• Tune zones and assignments for tool movements, shifts and weather.
• Apply speed, traction, and Narrow Area Planning logic as needed.
• Manage onboard files and zone-based configuration updates.
• Support Controllers with troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maximize equipment productivity and efficiency per the 24-hour mine plan.
