Qualifications

• Experience as a Cost Estimator within a general contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Confident using estimating and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids from the earliest stage.
• Perform quantity take-offs, review drawings, and develop scopes of work.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Track costs against estimates and support project teams.
