Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoffs.
• Interface with owners, architects, and subcontractors for accurate cost estimates.
• Lead efforts to secure long-lead subcontractors and materials.
