Shield AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the integration of the Hivemind autonomy stack onto the X-BAT platform. This role sits in the Aircraft division and coordinates cross-functional hardware, software, and flight-test activities to deliver mission-ready autonomous systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs.
Strong understanding of software-enabled systems and aerospace domains.
Experience with program management governance, PMRs, gate reviews, and EACs.

Responsibilities

Lead Aircraft & Autonomy Integration Programs and ensure successful embedding of Hivemind onto X-BAT.
Coordinate hardware and software alignment with engineering, manufacturing, and flight-test schedules.
Define clear program objectives tied to mission impact and customer success.
Own integrated project plans including scope, schedule, and resources; manage risks and dependencies.
Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across distributed teams.
