Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Midlothian, VA and is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication, safety, and quality of life, with treatment tailored to home settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid speech-language pathology license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current ASHA CCC is required or eligible for CCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, independence, and functional communication.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
