Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes and senior living communities in the Alexandria, VA area.

You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and provide evidence-based therapy, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and utilizing telehealth as appropriate. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a meaningful impact on aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
