Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness in Willoughby Hills, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics and specialty care team. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, collaborate with a seasoned clinical team, and grow in a setting that blends outpatient orthopedics, wellness, and specialty care.

We welcome PTs who like treating diverse patients and pursuing ongoing clinical development. Dry needling, TMJ, vertigo, or pre/post-op experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio, or eligibility to apply for Ohio PT licensure.
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of patients and adapt communication style.
• Drive to continually learn and grow.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to providing a positive patient and team experience.

Responsabilités

• Treat a varied outpatient caseload including orthopedic conditions, post-operative care, low back pain, balance concerns, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, wellness-focused care, and specialty cases.
• Guide patients through recovery with education, evidence-based treatment, and practical strategies for home use.
• Collaborate with PTAs and team members to support continuity of care and patient outcomes.
• Progress treatment plans based on patient response, goals, and improvements.
• Continue growing clinically through mentorship, teamwork, and exposure to specialty areas.
• Have a voice in patient care, clinical collaboration, and patient progression.
