FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one therapy in homes and senior living communities in Tacoma, WA. You will conduct evaluations, create care plans, and provide evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence.

Join a clinician-led practice offering autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to incorporate telehealth when suitable, with a base pay range noted for Washington state.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, etc).
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
