Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one‑on‑one care to older adults in Quincy, MA, across private homes and senior living settings. You will conduct evaluations, create plans of care, and provide evidence‑based therapy, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for telehealth.

The role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient outcomes, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a clinician‑driven, growth‑oriented practice.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
