Ideal candidates have 5+ years in community bank lending, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a finance/business degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending at a community bank.
• Deep understanding of credit, financial statements, and business lending structures.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field.
