Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks Service Professionals to provide hands-on maintenance and repair of dock and door equipment across North America. You'll troubleshoot, inspect, install, and service industrial systems while driving to diverse customer sites, upholding safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; quality of work and impact matter more than tenure.
• Ability to repair doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers in industrial facilities.
• Willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical concepts; hydraulic/pneumatic experience is a plus.
• Ability to take direction and work independently while on the road for hours daily.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are essential.
• Technical school training and OEM certifications are desirable but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime opportunities exist.
• Clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on service, repair, inspection, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders both on paper and digitally; frequent travel to customer sites.
• Operate company vehicle to visit diverse locations while prioritizing safety.
