Job summary

Miner Ltd., a leading service provider, seeks Service Professionals to diagnose, repair, and maintain dock and door systems across North America. You’ll travel to client sites, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve complex equipment issues with autonomy.

The position emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and customer-focused service with opportunities for growth through four levels of advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; focus on quality and impact.
• Experience repairing doors, docks, and dock-levelers.
• Interest in welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work; hydraulics a plus.
• Able to travel on the road for hours daily and work independently.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on customer care, troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing and repairing industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally; operate company vehicle to many sites.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on all tasks during field visits.
