Job summary

Baptist Memphis hosts a CRNA role within a high-functioning anesthesia team, offering autonomy and a broad scope of practice at a major regional referral center. You will work in a collaborative environment with strong physician partnership, maintaining advanced clinical skills across neuro, cardiac, thoracic, ERAS, orthopedics, vascular, robotics, and OB cases.

Compensation includes up to $277K base salary with a $75K sign-on, plus generous benefits and loan repayment/training assistance;

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program; certified or recertified by the AANA

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Education

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program; certified or recertified by the AANA
