Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a CRNA in Chattanooga, TN for an enhanced compensation package including salary up to $285,000 and a $75,000 sign-on. The team emphasizes collaboration, voice, and excellence in perioperative care across orthopedic, cardiac, GI, and vascular cases.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and intervene as needed; coordinate with the department.
