We Are Legal Revolution in New York City is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing litigation team. You will manage claims from inception to resolution, representing clients at hearings and settlements, while developing strategy and mentoring from partners.

This hybrid role offers direct client contact and a clear path for career progression. Ideal candidates have 3+ years' workers' compensation experience, active NY Bar admission, and proven ability to handle busy caseloads

Qualifications

• 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Experience representing employers, insurance carriers or self-insured entities.
• Strong hearing, negotiation and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers.
• Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
• Take ownership of a varied and sophisticated caseload.
