Job summary

Path Robotics in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Deployment Engineer to integrate robotic systems in their manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for configuring robotic welding cells, addressing software issues, and training technicians. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, experience with C++, Python, and ROS, and excellent documentation skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Experience in C++, Python, Bash, ROS, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with robotics and control systems is essential.
• Experience with the Linux environment and command line interface is necessary.
• Strong documentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate robotic welding cells for operation.
• Identify software issues and implement fixes.
• Document system errors and submit Jira tickets as needed.
• Work with engineering to improve software performance.
• Train technicians on operational processes.
