You will draft schematics and layouts, generate BOMs, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to meet system requirements. In‑office in Moscow, ID with close manufacturing support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and documenting wire harnesses for automotive systems.
• Proficient with Cadonix Arcadia for schematics and layouts.
• Ability to generate BOMs and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft wire harness schematics and layouts using Cadonix Arcadia
• Create formboard layouts for manufacturing
• Build and maintain connector and component libraries
• Generate BOMs and manufacturing documentation packages
• Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure designs meet system requirements
• Review camera, lidar, power, vehicle, and compute manuals to identify pinouts, connector types, and electrical loads.
• Iterate on designs as systems evolve and incorporate lessons learned
• Support the manufacturing team during harness build and validation
