Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing vehicles (ADAS, dynamics, low-voltage, integration).
• Strong systems engineering or automotive validation background.
• Proven ability to lead vendor teams and coordinate across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Act as test engineering representative across technical domains to craft test strategies.
• Guide move from manual to automated, data-driven testing with infra teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with OEM partners and mentor engineers.
• Define, execute, and manage early vehicle smoke test campaigns with SDS-Ready criteria.
• Oversee in-territory vehicle-level testing with embedded vendors and ensure traceability.
