• Experience building a new Engineering organization and defining processes.

Responsibilities

• Govern the operational performance of a large-scale test engineering program spanning multiple vendors and three proving grounds across several technical domains.
• Drive alignment on strategic handover of engineering workflows and project responsibility.
• Collaborate with Waymo leads to build long-term roadmaps that incorporate automation and AI tooling into testing pipelines.
• Develop sustainable, repeatable engineering workflows from unstructured development processes.
• Create a culture of Engineering excellence at scale within a growing organization.
