Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, including extensive highway driving.
• Must be able to pass internal operator training program.

• Must be in good health with ability to obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Excellent driving skills and clean driving record with knowledge of local traffic laws.
• Experience with testing or operating autonomous vehicles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct highway testing while rotating with a co-driver to assess autonomous driving systems.
• Monitor vehicle behavior to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Check test vehicle health and report maintenance needs.
• Collect and annotate logged data, and manage data disks.
• Follow test plans and protocols to evaluate system performance on the highway.
• Document testing results and collaborate with engineers to improve software and sensors.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and maintain accurate testing documentation.
