Job summary

Moove is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Technicians at all levels to support the maintenance and safe operation of our autonomous fleet. Techs bridge hands-on repair with diagnostics, documentation, and safety compliance to ensure rider-ready readiness.

From entry level to senior, you'll perform inspections, handle high-voltage safety, and work with lidar/radar compute units. Our team values analytical, fast-moving problem solvers who thrive in a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work assigned shift (AM, PM, Overnight), weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift assemblies exceeding 50 lbs.
• Strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point safety and cosmetic inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Document all maintenance activities using standardized "Condition, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation" (4 Cs) practices.
• Execute repair orders within maintenance management systems to maximize fleet uptime.
• Adhere strictly to high-voltage safety, lockout/tagout protocols, and hazardous material handling.
• Perform vehicle startups, basic software loading, and data-logging hardware installations.
