Wealth Recruitment, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO) for an on-site, part-time role in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Earn $23.00 USD per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and work shifts up to 30 hours per week, scheduled between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily.

No C2C or visa sponsorship. You will monitor autonomous driving systems, assist passengers, perform safety inspections, and document events using digital tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license held continuously for 3+ years with no gaps.
• Strong safety mindset and situational awareness.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor autonomous technology and maintain constant situational awareness.
• Follow safety procedures and no-phone/distraction policy while monitoring the vehicle.
• Intervene to safely take manual control when required.
• Support passengers and provide ADA assistance as needed.
• Inspect vehicles with pre-trip and post-trip safety checks and report concerns.
