Pride Global is seeking Safety Drivers to support the testing and development of autonomous vehicles in Dallas, TX. You will safely operate vehicles on real roads, alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode, and collaborate with remote operators and engineers.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with multiple shift options, allowing you to work with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology and gain hands-on experience in an innovative industry.

Qualifikationen

• Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Strong driving skills with good situational awareness.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable driving in different weather and road conditions.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during on-road testing.
• Alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, the vehicle, and environment.
• Identify hazards and respond quickly and safely.
• Work with remote operators and engineering teams.
• Perform vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
• Collect driving and vehicle performance data.
• Document observations and testing activities.
• Assist with basic technical tasks, hardware adjustments, and software uploads.
• Support basic troubleshooting as needed.
