General Motors is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Case Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional safety cases for ADS, translating safety objectives into actionable plans and coordinating across engineering, validation, operations, legal, and product teams.

You will drive evidence plans, manage dependencies, and ensure traceability of safety claims, with a focus on safe deployment of autonomous driving capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, robotics, safety engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years leading complex technical programs in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or safety-critical domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and enterprise visibility.
• Strong program management skills: planning, milestones, risks, governance, and executive communication.
• Ability to translate objectives into structured execution plans and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated program plans for ADS safety case workstreams and milestones.
• Coordinate safety case development, evidence plans, and functional safety activities.
• Ensure traceability between safety strategies, claims, and evidence across teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional issues to closure.
