Qualifications

• QA, test engineering, or field testing experience preferred.
• Comfortable reading logs and system diagnostics.
• Experience troubleshooting sensors (LiDAR/RADAR) and network hardware.
• Able to travel 10–30% for deployment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for training.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured QA tests on deployed vehicles and document results.
• Diagnose field sensor and connectivity issues with hardware/software teams.
• Analyze vehicle logs to identify unexpected behavior and create tickets.
• Document expected vs actual behavior for edge cases.
• On-site field commissioning and route mapping for new deployments.
• Develop and deliver operator training curriculum.
• Own QA and deployment lifecycle for each vehicle deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-team during live demonstrations.
