Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Autonomous Vehicles (Finance). You will lead end-to-end development of ADAS/autonomy features, coordinating across engineering teams and managing schedules, roadmaps, and release content. A strong background in automotive software, AI, and cross-functional leadership is required.

Base salary ranges are provided for Levels 4 and 5, with equity and benefits. Applications accepted until Aug 10, 2026.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
Experience driving planning and execution of complex software projects.
Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics and/or AI.

Responsibilities

Lead automotive software development across multiple engineering teams for ADAS/Autonomy features.
Define product roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive execution across the organization.
Coordinate release content and efforts with program managers and engineering managers.
Establish metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.
Develop a deep technical understanding of the stack to address scope, schedule and quality challenges.
