Qualifications

• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and active AVT permit.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three consecutive years of driving without gaps.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening checks.
• Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and operational improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of vehicle operators to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example in executing software and hardware tests to high standards.
• Collaborate with fleet management and other leaders to coordinate daily operations.
• Support vehicle operators with day-to-day tasks and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members.
