The ideal candidate has 12+ months autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit, a valid driver's license with 3+ years of licensure, and a proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
• Active AVT permit.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of active licensure and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Vehicle Operators to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
• Lead daily vehicle testing and operational activities, working hands-on alongside team members.
• Support team coordination, schedule validation, and administrative tasks.
• Provide performance feedback and mentorship to direct reports.
• Collaborate with other leaders to drive efficient fleet operations and safety initiatives.
