Job summary

Trillium Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking Fleet Technicians to maintain, diagnose, and repair robotic and high-tech mechanical fleet equipment across the country. You will travel to job sites and perform inspections using laptops and diagnostic tools.

The role pays $52/hour and includes a company vehicle, with a flexible schedule and potential overnights. You will work with Engineering and Operations to resolve issues and maintain fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electronic, or robotic systems (LiDAR, cameras, sensors).
• Strong computer and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at remote job sites.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work with Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems using laptops and diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, connectors, and control board; complete inspection reports.
• Document service activities and communicate findings with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Travel 100+ miles and overnight as needed; flexible schedule including weekends and off-hours.
