Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Maintenance and Damage Leader for Autonomous Vehicles in Dallas. You will lead the fleet maintenance function, overseeing vehicle maintenance, repair, and in-fleeting of autonomous ride-hail vehicles to maximize uptime and profitability.

You will manage a team, set goals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; college degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in related field (supply chain, fleet mgmt, mobility services).
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the fleet maintenance function in the Market.
• Lead maintenance, repair and in-fleeting/de-fleeting of autonomous vehicles.
• Manage team performance with KPIs like uptime, productivity, response time and downtime.
• Forecast, budget, and manage key financial drivers, including SW per day and cost per repair.
