This W2 contract role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and customers to advance practical robotics in the field. You'll design electrical components, validate systems, and work with cross-functional teams, using ALTIUM Designer, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers while staying current with emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in software/firmware design including C programming and LabVIEW.
• Strong understanding of CAN bus and vehicle control system integration.
• Experience with electrical design tools and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Excellent problem-solving and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical components, wire harnesses, and systems for autonomous vehicles.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize vehicle control systems.
• Utilize tools like ALTIUM Designer, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers for design and testing.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance design and development processes.
• Travel up to 10-15% for field testing and system implementation.
