Job summary

TSMG seeks a Depot Specialist to support autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. Based at a robotaxi depot, you will prepare vehicles for daily operations, ensure cleanliness, charge status, inspections, and overall readiness for deployment.

You’ll manage inventory, coordinate depot activities, and support fleet expansion efforts. No prior robotaxi experience is required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for digital checklists and reports.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready.
• Verify cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, and interiors for self-driving readiness.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-shift inspections.
• Monitor battery levels and charging for EVs.
