Envision is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas for a fast-paced FQHC community health setting. Licensure as an NP or PA in Texas and board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA) are required, with strong clinical experience in urgent care or related fields.
The position supports autonomy and a care model with 60 patient visits daily. Shifts run 7a–7p or 8a–8p, with double coverage to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice as NP or PA in Texas (required).
- National board certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
