The role focuses on PX4/ArduPilot integration, computer vision, and deploying AI on NVIDIA Jetson platforms, with DoD/DoE contracts and On-site work in Colorado Springs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in UAS, robotics, embedded software, controls, or related engineering activities.
• Foundational programming skills in C++ and/or Python.
• Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, ROS, or UAV flight controllers.
• Ability to troubleshoot, follow test procedures, and document results.

Aufgaben

• Configure and integrate flight controllers (PX4/ArduPilot) with UAV platforms.
• Assist with firmware flashing, parameter configuration, PID tuning, motor mapping, and sensor calibration.
• Develop/test software in C++/Python for flight control and AI/vision systems.
• Integrate ROS and MAVLink interfaces for communication between flight controllers and ground control.
• Support computer vision and AI-based perception using OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and DeepStream.
• Deploy and evaluate AI models on NVIDIA Jetson platforms and optimize real-time inference.
• Assist with telemetry, video streaming, and UAV networking; participate in lab, sim, and field testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and AI teams; document results.
