NVIDIA’s ASPIRE group is recruiting top Research Scientists to advance autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI. You will design new training paradigms, publish results, and collaborate with teams across the company to deploy safe, reliable autonomous systems.

The base salary for this role ranges from 168,000 USD to 264,500 USD, with eligibility for equity and benefits. This posting is for an existing vacancy within NVIDIA's ASPIRE group.

Qualifications

• PhD in Robotics, CS, CE, or related field.
• Relevant research in autonomous vehicles, robotics, embodied AI, or autonomous systems.
• Strong theory and practice knowledge in vehicle/robot autonomy or related area.
• Track record of research excellence with publications and open-source software.

Responsabilités

• Design cutting-edge techniques for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI.
• Conduct original research and publish results.
• Collaborate with research colleagues, internal product teams, and external researchers.
• Transfer technology to relevant product groups.
