Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking outstanding Research Interns to work on autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI. The ASPIRE group conducts foundational research across perception, reasoning, and safety, with openness to publish and share code.

You will design and implement novel methods, perform original research, and collaborate with engineers and researchers, with opportunities to transfer findings to NVIDIA products.

Qualifications

• Pursuing PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong research experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, embodied AI, or autonomous systems.
• Excellent Python programming; experience with C++ and CUDA is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch; track record of publications is valued.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing cutting-edge techniques for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI.
• Conducting original research and publishing results.
• Collaborating with research colleagues, internal product teams, and external researchers.
• Transferring technology to relevant product groups.
