Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking outstanding Research Interns to work on autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI within the ASPIRE group. The role involves designing cutting-edge techniques, conducting original research, and collaborating with internal and external researchers to push the boundaries of safe, reliable autonomous systems.

We welcome PhD students in Robotics, CS, or CE with strong publication records and expertise in Python and C++, CUDA, and PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong research experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, embodied AI, or autonomous systems.
• Exceptional Python programming skills; experience with C++ and CUDA is a plus.
• Publications at leading conferences/journals and open-source contributions are valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge techniques for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and physical AI.
• Conduct original research and publish results.
• Collaborate with research colleagues, internal product teams, and external researchers.
• Transfer technology to relevant product groups.
